This year: Fermentation workshops – Wat in het vat zit

This year Wat in het vat zit will regularly organize workshops at their location at the Nude in Wageningen. Giel will show you with passion and enthusiasm how you can safely make tasty fermented products, and how you can make vegetarian meat substitutes yourself. At the end of the workshop, you’ll go home with your own-made product, and with enough knowledge to continue experimenting at home.
