This tempeh is made with a mix of peas, chickpeas and black beans.
Tempeh is obtained by the controlled fermentation of legumes. Its texture and strong flavor make it a good meat substitute. Tempeh is traditionally made in Indonesia with soy. We have adapted the original recipe with other legumes: black beans, chickpeas and garden peas.
Cooking tip: Marinate it with garlic, soy sauce, ginger and smoked paprika, fry in a pan.
